HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

haha omg, i am 20 yrs old alrdy!!! haha ok ppl willl start calling me auntie alrdy... lol so far i am having a very delightful birthday full of surprises.... let's recall a bit chronologically:

1) farrago celebrated my bday with a cake on 17 jan sat! haha earliest of all. and it was a surprise to cover up the mistake shi hui did bcos she send everyone including ME an email about a celebration to supposedly to be held on wed... haha
2) zf gave me a nice bday card. simple and sweet. :)
3) gave myself a bday gift: laptop case. haha
4) xmas in my heart gave me a huge cardboard photo collage ... with all 12 of their msgs... so sweet! thks mad for organising it!!!:)
5) got converse vouchers from my aero buddies!!! fly fly into the sky! haha comes in so handy!!! haha thanks for taking notice what i needed! haha
6) my dearest roomie play treasure hunt with me in our room for me to find many clues leading to my present hidden in some top compartment of my wardrobe. lol! thanks for the meticulous effort!
7) presents and dinner with sam ray and haiting. and of course a melted ice cream cake from ben and jerry's!!!! we delighted 2 cockroaches at the esplanade rooftop with the leftovers of the cake... haha
8) ang baos from daddy and mummy!
9) many many wishes on FB, hp, msn... love ya all!
10) any more? haha u still got 10 more hours to do so... haha

yep what an eventful birthday! its not the presents that are making this 20th special.... its the feeling of being so rmb-ed and loved... who needs a bf when u have so many friends doting on u? haha :)

made a bday wish just now . ok its 2 wishes. the second wish was that everyone i love and love me to be always happy and healthy. the 1st wish? haha a secret (partial secret to some) ... i didn't want to wish for it bcos it will not come true... but it just instantenously popped into my mind when i closed my eyes... lol.

totally exhuasted. didn't have good rest for the whole week becos had cca meeting on wed night, bday bash on thurs night and plus caffine effects on mon night... all causing me to sleep past midnights and still had to get up really early for lessons... really getting heaty and a bit sick. shall pop some flu pills before i drop onto my pillow. haha

it feels good to be able to smile when u are thinking why you are so tired.

i wish :)

feeling rather tired. came from home this morning cos had tuition last night. got home after tuition at 930pm and both my parents also just reach home from work. hardworking ppl. haha so it was a early morning... and lessons ended 430... thought i would take a nap before dinner but ended up editing hi!singapore proposal (again for the nth time) and completing online physics assignmentwhich is like so freaking long and difficult.

cant wait for weekend. i need last min shopping for cny clothes... and i need a new pair of shoes and bag and more tops... hope my aunt and cousin coming bk for cny... it'll be so fun...:)

aiya nth to blog la. my life is so... boring. haha shall be a good girl and read my lab manual for tmr's aero expt.

i must have been lying when i said i wasn't hungry while buying subway. its not even 630 and i can alrdy feel my stomach savouring the munched up pieces... haha subway-- a less guilty way of enjoying generous amount of meat because its accompanied by an equally generous amount of greens. :) whats left now is only a half drank coke light that i unwillingly bought because i wanted the cookie... white chip macadamia... but i dun rmb any nut after finishing the cookie... hmmm.. only chunks of white choc that made it a little tooo sweet... not that i minded though. haha

reading twillight makes me realise how long it was the last time read... and i mean reading sth proper. like a book. not stupid lecture notes or those parapazzi magazines. newspaper dun count too. starting to love the book... not edward cullen... though he does sound so perfect that sometimes i willl grow jealous of bella and secretly hoped he would suddenly appear in front of me... lol. but the way words so magically describe certain feelings i nv knew how to explain... i guess i miss literature a little... and that grows a little by little more with every page i turn... if only i could express myself that well... sth i guess i've always wanted to do but have learnt to accept that not everyone is capable of that talent... haha

okay another night alone in hall... at first it sounded rather lonely... but it does gives me some kind of space to think... of stuff i will only think when i am alone...like reflections before bedtime? haha and i can't really do my tutorials yet because lectures for all my modules ends on friday... which will apply to every week this sem... oh no. and saturday is dedicated to rsphi. guess my sunday will be dating with my beloved tutorials fom now on.... so before friday comes,tonight i am going to set more high score in geo challenge...finish more chapters of twillight... and enjoy as much as possible the feeling of nothing to do! :)

for that one time, i thought it was possible
to keep it out of my mind.
and i was glad i actually did.
but not for long.
once i was no longer so busy,
u creeped back in,
infesting parts of my brain
like some unwelcomed virus.

it a rather relaxing week... start of the sem... no tutorials yet. guess from next week onwards will be busy busy busy. cos i have like 7 modules this sem... 6 more AUs than last sem. starting to read twillight. haha but i am reading so very slowly i dunoe when i will finish it. lol. back to hall = eating unhealthy food, sleeping at unusual hours, playing lots and lots of geo challenge. haha!

i had so much to blog ystd but didnt carry my lappie back... then now i cant rmb what i wanted to say. lol.

may next week nv begin...

that was the sweetest dream i ever had... if only it comes true this feb...

i'll make sure it's there everytime i go.
