i've been busy busy busy. wanted to blog since my bday but didn't have the time. haha slacking from my thermo tutorials to jote down my first week of life as 20-yr-old:

yes during the last few hours of my bday vincent and xinen crash my house with a bday cake! so sweet! haha vincent still say riding a pumpkin carriage to pick me up for supper and i believed it. so typical of me. lol. haha chilled and chat until they had to take the last bus back... dun know what time they got home too. haha thank you again! :)

then it was CNY... had reunion dinner at grandma house as usual on cny eve... nothinh eventful.. then chu yi saw my cute little nephew (i'm an auntie! haha)... his name is xavier and he likes to smile as he breathes while sleeping... so cute!!!! played mahjong and won money... so surprising for someone like me who lose 10 times out of 10 times i played... lol. chu er... boring... and went victor's house... and his family is huge! dinner+poker+angbaos then dickson send me back to hall... end of CNY holidays. so sad.

wed i was in school... then went back for tuition with teresa... and stayed at vincent's place for guitar hero with si han and xinen.. so so fun! love the drums.... :D so tempted to buy one but i can't bcos i dun have a xbox or PS2/3 and its so ex and i'll be totally addicted. wanted to go for ice cream chef but well it was closed. had a try at walking holly and she is really strong. haha if only i had a dog too... so nice. they always say the dog is just part of your life but you are their everything... love the thought of being so impt to someone. okay i am just being self-centred. haha

thurs had a lousy lab lesson where i was literally dozing off when i am just less than 2 metres away from the ast prof as he was explaining.... and my groupmates (all 6 are guys) must have thought i didn't sleep for yrs... afternoon had thermo lect and tut but i ponned... haha for 06s30 reunion.. met fiona whos back for cny.. she didn't change much ... think among us haiting changed the most ba... haha but dun worry, definitely for the better.:) lost whatever i won on chu yi there during mahjong and blackjack... had a wonderful dinner but too much the fondue wasnt successful... lao yu sheng for the 2nd time ... but i thought the fish wasn't very fresh... lol. by the time i went home was really late and i had to do my cca stuf too.... slept at 2 plus.. (explains why what happen the next day)

fri had 830 lesson so had to wake up at like 5 plus.... and guess what... i slept from pasir ris to boon lay and back to outram park! OMG la! by the time i took train back to boon lay. i was one hour late, had to pay extra $2 due to overstay, and had to miss the first lect. dots. i am actually rather amazed how comfortable the mrt was... haha i was just really bushed. had DEAFinition logistics making that night at ze lin's room.. until 3 plus... another long night and had to wake up 8 am on sat. :( sat was DEafinition dry run.... reached home at ard 7 when i should have reach by 530 becos i fell asleep while packing my stuff to go home in hall.... haha and becos of stupid dry run had to miss lunch with the tans and chua and vincent before he flys off to brunei... sorry! :(

thought i could finally have a comfortale undisturbed long sleep until sunday... but well slept at 1 am and woke up at 8. had to go pray at temple. hai... didn;t had time for afternoon nap cos i was so so behind for my tutorials (i am still) .. managed to complete some lot more stil remain... you can't afford to lag by any tutorial... just once and everything starts snowballing... its takes forever to clear the accumulated stuff...

yep and here i am .. start of another still busy week but not as busy as last week...trying to understand physics II and thermo but obviously a futile attempt. hate it when ppl start saying dun worry la u 4.77 no need to understand also can score one la . stress. guess thats part of the reason why i suddenly found 7 white hairs that day...

i am sick and tired of ppl asking eh why ur sis go army huh. used to be jealous of her doing what she wants to . but i've sort of accepted the fact that even if i gotten in SPF , my stamina would have made me drop out anyway. i am just not cut for it. there's the regret but no choice. thats why no matter how my mum tried to coax my sis out of it, i'll be on her side becos i dun want her to feel how i feel...

my new year resolutions for 2009 was to be organised and not to procastinate. first one i had been rather successful but i can't say much for the latter. haha. hate myself for being lazy at times. need to kick away this bad habit of procastination. i always use it to help me make lousy decisions i can't decide. like during JC2, should i apply to UK uni? i waited and waited until the deadline was closed and then 'okay, its too late. i should just stay in s'pore'. i thought that makes life easier sometimes but it's not going to be much good i realised. buck up gal! haha

dun feel any older after my birthday. older by the figures yes. but i'm still wearing school-based tees or t-shirt and jeans.. like i used to do in sec or jc times... still as childish as ever. everything is just that same old me. still hates shopping. still wear slippers when i'm going out. still dun bother to put make ups or even try to look feminine or anything. lol. when i look at for e.g. haiting, i can see that she's growing into a mature young adult.and me? still stuck within the 'student'. haha ok la not that i hope i'll change a lot or what but it just gets kind of boring and i'll get sick of myself at times.. haha

2 more weeks and haiting 's gonna fly off. so fast. and very soon the quizzes will start flooding in... shall not think about it. omg it's 1030 alrdy. wanted to take 5 mins off and it's more than half an hour! lol. back to thermo... the world of greek symbols and formulas and differentiation....:(
