on a sunday afternoon

very long nv blog. haha . quite happening recently. lets have some updates. =)

work... still the same lo. except now i have one more tuition student. sister of my sis's friend a.k.a daughter of my mum's friend. haha every saturday night. sec4 maths. quite ok but the thought of having to teach tuition on saturday nights where ppl stay out late. haha sian. work at kpmg still got one and half more month. used to look forward to end of the contract. but now i think i will miss the job, not the work but the ppl and gossips ... haha

studies wise... offer from both nus and ntu. alrdy accepted aerospace from ntu. why so fast? haha i scared the longer i think the more indecisive i get so hurry up choose lo. scholarship... no response from ntu for nanyang scholarhsip. not even a call for interview. well, perhaps of my pw (B) or testimonial not good enough? haha dunoe la. as for the spf one... went thru all 3 rounds alrdy. just waiting for reply hopefully by end of may. thinking of it... also good that nanyang nv call me. so i wont have to make a choice between that and spf (that is if both offer me la ahaha)... but still, with spf one my only hope, it's dangerous.... haha

quite looking forward to hostel living. not the part about having to change bedsheets twice a week, do your own washing and mopping the floor, having to wake up punctually when your alarm rings or having unnutritious, MSG-ful and expensive food for all 3 meals. but the fact about flexibility and freedom. of course that needs to come with self-discipline. i dont know how it will turn out but haha just very excited about it.

friday was mafia night. kpmg spring break party. at st james powerhouse. haha first clubbing experience. food was horrible, the games were lousy, the host (glenn ong) was okay and the drinks were free. haha drank vodka with lime and another glass with orange. didnt exactly like the music (too loud) nor the drinks. but i still had a fantastic night, just cam-whoring away, laughing at ppl who are drunk, dancing (or rather, just shaking stupidly) in the crowd not bothered about how u look. after that i was very tired with a slight headache. frequent clubbing not for me, but like this once in a blue moon with your friends, quite fun yeah. =)

ystd went to NTU MAE talk at orchard, met with thong but he was with his friends too. guys to gals ratio= 7: 3. thats including mums and waitress at the hotel. haha going to be a male dominated environment. dunoe good or bad. good chance of getting attached, says thong. haha he got offered the CN Yang scholarship (but he doesn't want) and the LTA one... oh well, seems like the majority are getting scholarships. at least among my friends, 8 of them alrdy. haha i am not jealous. just envious. hope i will be the 9th one. =)

today's mother's day. going out to eat later at dunoe where. hope tm's not too crowded and that we can get a place in any one of the restuarants. the impeding thought of tmr's monday = tuition day...... SIAN!!!!!! haha better sleep early tonight.
